I don’t want to start each post following a prolonged absence with the same apology, so I consulted higher powers.
According to ‘Yahoo Answers’ the best way to say sorry is like this:
say that u r really sorry
forgive me please
pretty please with maple syrup on it
I disagree. I think that is a rubbish rubbish way to say sorry and if anyone tried that on me it would simply add to the things that they needed to apologise for.
I think that a more appropriate and effective method would be to so overwhelm the other party with gifts that their anger is either suffocated under the sheer volume or they become so confused that they start apologising to you!
So with that in mind, I’ll accept your written apologies via email.
Okay, start your grovelling…….NOW!
